Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the ck88 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access ck88 or complete the account registration process, whichever occurs first.

These Terms should be read alongside the ck88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ck88. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the ck88 platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Eligibility

Access to ck88 services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of your Account's existence:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ck88 strictly prohibits access to and use of its Services by persons under 21 years old. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Residency: The ck88 platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. You confirm that you are accessing the platform from Bangladesh and that your use of the Services is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any legal restriction or court order that would prevent you from entering into contracts or engaging in gambling activities.
• Single account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the ck88 platform. Operating multiple Accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Not a ck88 employee: Current employees, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in any promotional offer on the ck88 platform.

ck88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed, with any balance subject to review.

Account Registration

To access ck88 Services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. The following conditions apply to your Account:

• Accuracy of information: All details provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, contact number, and payment method information — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ck88 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features.
• Notification of unauthorised access: You must notify ck88 player support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. ck88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from failure to report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
• Account verification (KYC): ck88 may require players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) procedures at any time — including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a valid national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification may result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities until compliance is achieved.
• Account ownership: Your Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account to any other person. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf.

Deposits & Payments

ck88 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via participating Bangladeshi financial institutions including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and others as updated on the Payments page of the platform.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ck88, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.
• Deposit crediting: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account Wallet immediately upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• Accepted currency: All transactions on ck88 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ck88 does not charge currency conversion fees. Any conversion fees imposed by your payment provider are outside ck88's control.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. ck88 will not process deposits made from third-party accounts. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the depositing Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Deposit limits: Players may set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account Settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased with immediate effect — a minimum 48-hour cooling-off period applies before any upward revision takes effect.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of funds held in their Account Wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Identity verification: ck88 may require completion of identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively to avoid delays.
• Same-method withdrawal: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, ck88 will process the withdrawal via an alternative method agreed with the player.
• Processing times: ck88 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution involved. ck88 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking intermediaries.
• Wagering requirements: Funds held in the Bonus Wallet are not available for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Real-money Wallet funds are not subject to wagering requirements unless they were the direct result of a bonus conversion.
• Withdrawal verification: ck88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Such checks are conducted to protect the security of the player's funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

ck88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer as well as the general bonus conditions set out below:

• Eligibility: Unless otherwise stated, each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using multiple Accounts or registration details constitutes Prohibited Conduct.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; bonus funds that expire before requirements are met will be forfeited.
• Game contributions: Not all game types contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual offer terms. ck88 will publish game contribution rates on the relevant promotional page.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet restriction applies to protect the integrity of the wagering requirement. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of any associated winnings.
• Bonus withdrawal: Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before wagering requirements have been satisfied. ck88 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• Promotional changes: ck88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already accepted by players prior to the change, unless the change is required to prevent fraud or system abuse.

Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on the ck88 platform. Specific rules for individual game categories (cricket betting, live casino, slots, Triple, Monster Dice) are published in the relevant game or category section of the platform.

• Fairness: All game outcomes on ck88 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software. The RNG is independently tested to ensure fairness and unpredictability. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical game mechanics under the supervision of professional dealers.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market prior to placing a wager.
• Malfunction policy: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ck88 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's Wallet. ck88 is not liable for losses resulting from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

• Sports betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) as of the settlement date stated in the bet terms. ck88 is not responsible for errors in result reporting by third-party data providers; however, ck88 will rectify any confirmed settlement errors promptly.
• Disconnection during play: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round or sports betting session, ck88's server logs will serve as the authoritative record of game state at the time of disconnection. ck88 will use reasonable endeavours to restore the player's position; however, ck88 cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity and is not liable for losses resulting from internet disconnections on the player's side.

Responsible Gaming

ck88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via Account Settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time-out: Players may activate a temporary account suspension for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a time-out, account access is suspended and no deposits or bets can be placed.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to close their Account for an extended period or permanently may request self-exclusion via Account Settings or by contacting player support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During self-exclusion, ck88 will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform.
• Reality checks: Players may set periodic reminders that display the duration and net outcome of their current session, prompting them to reflect on their gambling activity.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck88 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform software. Any such discoveries must be reported to ck88 support immediately rather than exploited.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or use of funds from criminal activity on the platform.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access your Account or use your Account credentials to participate in gaming or betting.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication towards ck88 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures, deposit limits, or any other responsible gaming control implemented on your Account.

Privacy & Data

ck88 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an Account and using the ck88 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ck88 uses player data for the following primary purposes: account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, transaction processing, customer support, and where applicable, marketing communications to players who have opted in to receive them.

ck88 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with:

• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or software errors beyond ck88's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate credential security.
• Any decision to place a bet or wager, or the outcome of any game, bet, or sporting event.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking intermediaries, or financial institutions.

ck88 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform at their own risk. ck88's total aggregate liability to any player, in respect of all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

ck88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect players' rights or obligations — ck88 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the contact details associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms, together with the effective date, will always be accessible on this page. Your continued use of ck88 Services following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a revised version of the Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of applicable law. ck88 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh, and access from other jurisdictions is at the player's own risk and initiative.

In the event of a dispute between a player and ck88, the player is encouraged to contact ck88 player support in the first instance. ck88 is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. All formal complaints should be submitted via the support channel available within the player's Account dashboard. ck88 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

ck88 does not currently offer access to a formal alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. Players retain their rights to seek resolution through whatever legal mechanisms are available to them under applicable law.
